Steps to Register

  3. Apply for unique name approval
  4. Determine the number of Directors and apply for DSC & DIN of Directors
  5. Papers & Forms submission to ROC along with MOA & AOA
  6. Apply for License with the central govt and Company Identification Number
  7. COI will get issued by MCA
  8. After that receipt of license, PAN, and TAN will get applied
